i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the room was clean and well kept. i liked the breakfast buffet that offered various options. there was also a shuttle service to a major shopping center which was very convenient.

the room included a king-sized bed, a mini-fridge, and a flat-screen television. the bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. fresh towels were provided daily, and the room service menu was extensive.

the fitness center featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the outdoor pool area included twenty loungers and a shaded section. a business center was available with printing and scanning services needing to work.

the front desk offered 24-hour assistance with concierge services. the staff promptly addressed any requests, including extra pillows and room cleaning. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay.

this decision was the best. we enjoyed little snacks like fruits and cakes during the day. the room was beautiful and very big. dev did a perfect job ensuring cleanliness.
there was no power outlet near the bed. complimentary bottled water was also missing. these are basic amenities i expect from hotels in this city.

the hotel is conveniently located. it is quite convenient to walk around from here. dubai mall is a short 15-minute walk. we rented bikes and enjoyed rides on the promenade right down to the hotel.
